I thought it was Mr. Bean's car painted in red.
But I am not sure Mr. Bean is known in the Philippines.(?)
In any case you are right it is a cute car but quite expensive for its size.

Thank you for posting. Actually, Mr. Bean is known here. It also has a cartoon version on one of our local teevee stations.
